Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Day hire of rooms is between the hours of 0900 hours and 1800 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Final catering numbers for luncheon must be confirmed at least 1 week before the date of the meeting.

3. Alcohol and/or food must not be brought onto the premises unless written agreement has been obtained from Medway Business Point.

4. Charges will be made on the cancellation of a confirmed booking as follows:
  • 6 - + weeks - no charge
  • 2 - 6 weeks - 20% of room hire
  • 1 - 2 weeks - 50% of room hire
  • Within 7 days - 75% of room hire
  • Catering cancelled within 48 hours will be charged in full.
5. If Medway Business Point is unable to honour any booking it shall be entitled to cancel thebooking without liability. However, it will endeavour to transfer the booking to another venue if requested to do so.

6. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of the above booking conditions.
